60 Day replacement is offered for any faulty product purchased within this time frame. Please note for this to be offered the product must be registered through the Arcam website and a proof of purchase is required.
2 Year Warranty is offered as standard on all Arcam products and includes all parts, labour and carriage charges. Please note a proof of purchase is required.
3 Year warranty Extension is offered for FMJ products ONLY. For this to be valid the product must be registered on our website within the first 12 months of purchase or the product is limited to a 2 year warranty. Please note that for CD players or Bluray players the transport and lasers are covered by 2 year warranty even if registered.
