With thousands of 2M Reds sold and even more 2M Reds and 2M Silvers supplied as standard on high-quality turntables from a multitude of manufacturers the world-over, an upgrade to the Stylus 2M Blue has the potential to lift the musical experience of tens of thousands customers around the world, and the Stylus 2M Blue 100 aims to achieve that in the most cost-effective way possible.
Though it boasts all the same features as the standard 2M Blue, including the Nude Elliptical diamond, proprietary suspension system and broad frequency range, the Stylus 2M Blue 100 will be launched at a special price of only £100.00 (UK SRP) – a £35.00 saving on the regular model. From April 2018 the price will change to £110.00
All 2M cartridges' styli can be interchanged with replacement styli from the rest of the series, but the 2M Bronze and Black have a superior cartridge body, when compared to the 2M Red and Blue. You will therefore not get the full performance of a 2M Black by placing a 2M Black Stylus on a 2M Red body - though the sound will be vastly improved. Similarly, a 2M Red Stylus will be a notable downgrade to a 2M Bronze or Black cartridge.
The 2M Blue is a highly enjoyable upgrade from the introductory 2M Red design.

Guarantee Policy
2 Years Warranty
All new purchased Ortofon products are backed by a guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials when purchased through Ortofon webshop or an authorized Ortofon Partner. The warranty period is in compliance with local rules of the Ortofon Partner country of residence, but no longer than 2 years.
All defect claims must be returned directly to the Ortofon Partner in the country or geographical area in which it was originally purchased. The product in question must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
All products shall be returned in original packaging to comply with Ortofon traceability system. In case of defects, the Ortofon Partner will make initial investigation of the product. If warranty is granted, a new product will be provided.
Exchange service for Moving Coil cartridges
Stylus in Moving Coil (MC) cartridges are non-replaceable. To support our customers, who have accidentally damaged their cartridges or customers who have an out-of-warranty Moving Coil cartridge, Ortofon offers an Exchange service. We take cartridges in all conditions back on the Exchange service, regardless of where the cartridge purchase originally took place.
How Exchange Service works: we offer the customer to buy back his cartridge for 25% of the current price list provided that the customer will buy a new Ortofon cartridge, either equivalent or better model.
Exchange Service cartridges must be returned to Ortofon and will be handled by any authorized Ortofon dealer pursuant to the purchase of a new cartridge. If you should have the need for this service, please contact your local Ortofon Partner.
NB: SPU cartridges are not included in the Exchange program, but in the Special Repair program, please read the below:
The Exchange Retail Value must be less than 30% of the UK SRP of the new cartridge.
